Alix is a leading authority in labour, employment, and human rights law, with over two decades of experience advising employers on complex workplace challenges. She assists clients with acquisitions, executive compensation plans and agreements, labour relations and wrongful dismissal litigation. Alix has spent countless hours interpreting and successfully negotiating collective agreements on behalf of her clients.
