Dalraj brings a practical, client-focused approach to workplace issues, taking time to understand each client’s organization, objectives, and business realities before identifying tailored solutions.
Before joining Protea, Dalraj summered and articled at a leading international full-service law firm and completed a secondment with a major insurance company, gaining broad legal experience and insight into the practical pressures facing businesses.
Dalraj holds a JD and an MBA, which inform his business-minded approach to labour and employment matters.
Dalraj is also active in the legal and broader community. He is a founding member of the Sikh Bar Association, was a founding member of the Osgoode Sikh Students Association, and founded the Khalra Cup, a national advocacy competition focused on minority rights.
Outside of work, Dalraj follows the Toronto Maple Leafs and Raptors, is developing an interest in golf, and enjoys documentaries.
