Erin is a trusted advisor and persuasive advocate with deep expertise in labour, employment, and human rights law, particularly within the health care sector.

Before returning to a large national firm, Erin was the Vice President, Legal for one of Canada’s largest retirement and long-term care providers, where she advised the organization on workplace strategy, drafted and implemented policies and litigated numerous grievance arbitrations and workplace complaints.  This experience has provided Erin with a unique perspective on clients’ needs. 

Known for her strategic insight and compelling advocacy, Erin regularly appears before arbitrators, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. She balances assertive representation with a practical, results-driven approach.  She is always focused on what best serves her clients’ interests, whether it be litigation or timely resolution.

Her expertise spans collective agreement interpretation, collective bargaining, workplace investigations, policy development, and compliance strategy. A former educator and dynamic presenter, Erin frequently speaks at seminars on topics including workplace accommodation, conducting an effective workplace investigation, and applying the practical implications of recent case law.
