Gabby maintains a broad labour and employment practice, advising both unionized and non-unionized employers on a range of matters, including wrongful dismissals, grievance arbitrations, workplace investigations, and accommodations.

Before joining Protea, Gabby was an associate at a leading national labour and employment firm, gaining experience in both provincial and federal sectors. She handled wrongful and unjust dismissal cases, arbitrations, human rights matters, and employment aspects of major transactions. Gabby is committed to providing thoughtful, solution-oriented advice, helping clients navigate complex workplace issues with clarity and confidence.

Gabby earned her law degree from the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Law, where she served as Founder and President of the UNB Sports and Entertainment Law Society. 

Prior to law, she worked in the outdoor education sector, leading backcountry wilderness trips across Canada and Japan.
