Maneli is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of Protea LLP.  She oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations and drives strategic initiatives focused on delivering exceptional client service, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Prior to founding Protea LLP, Maneli served as Managing Partner and CEO of a leading litigation firm, where she led the organization through a period of significant growth and transformation. Her leadership was distinguished by a strong focus on talent development, organizational strategy, and commitment to excellence.

Earlier in her career, Maneli was a senior member of the management team at a preeminent Bay Street law firm, where she spearheaded firm-wide professional development and diversity and inclusion initiatives. She worked closely with leadership on performance management, talent strategy, and retention.

Maneli began her legal career as an Associate and then Partner in the Business Law Group of a national law firm, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, and complex commercial agreements.
