Gabby supports both unionized and non‑unionized employers across the provincial and federal sectors. Her experience includes wrongful and unjust dismissal matters, grievance arbitrations, workplace investigations, human rights applications, and accommodation issues. She also advises on day‑to‑day employment matters and the employment components of major corporate transactions.
Before joining Protea, Gabby practised at a leading national labour and employment firm, where she gained extensive experience navigating complex workplace issues and representing employers in a wide range of litigation and advisory matters. Her commitment to clarity, practicality, and client‑focused guidance aligns seamlessly with Protea’s modern approach to workplace law.
